Image of your character: For your profile it MUST be a canon picture, preferable one from the SSB series. All other profile pictures, including your signature and avatar, may be something else.
Name: Pretty self explanatory...
Series/Game of Origin, release date: In that order!
Age in the game: If it's not listed, try to be reasonable.
Abilities/Weapons/powers: List all here. No power playing! Be sure to include a SSB moveset (just has to be specials, but feel free to add on) as well, including a final smash. (Note: Your final smash does not have to be in the SSBB game. Just be descriptive when describing the move, and please make sure it makes sense.)
Personality: This can be a short list of a few words or a few paragraphs. This is is up to you, just as long as it makes sense and isn't too vague.
Likes: Try to aim for six or seven. There's gotta be something your character likes!
Dislikes: Same goes for above, but with stuff they frown upon!
Fears (At least two): No one is entirely fearless. What is your character scared of?
Talents?: Is there anything your character can do that's not apart of their powers? List them here, but maximum 3.
Weaknesses: At least two. Just making sure your character isn't OP!
Trophy description: In a matter of a few sentences how would you describe the character's background and personal information? You may use a trophy description from one of the series' games or make up on on your own.
Life before the Chateau: So, what has happened to your character after their latest journey? If you do not care for or want to include the last installment of a series in your description please specify what you are going to include.
Desired relationships: (This is completely optional) Are there any relationships you want your character to have with other characters, being played by or not? Name them here.
Played by: What can we call you?
Other: Anything else you want to share?
